First contact : Before every new entry in our rental program, our team will visit your property, take photos and discuss how the unit will fit into our collection of luxury properties. 

The Evaluation: Our technicians and interior designer will evaluate the apartment or villa and propose their suggestions with a quote if necessary.

The Agreement: We then proceed by arranging a meeting to discuss the owners expectations and goals about the property which will lead us to create a custom agreement that meets the owner’s specific needs.


2. HOW WE MAXIMIZE EVERY OWNERS INCOME WITH OUR SERVICES?

Marketing services: Professional photoshoots, virtual viewing and video walkthroughs of the properties combined with a well designed listing posted on numerous online channels that are advertised through our partnering tour operators and agents.

Tailored hospitality services: Customer Care is available through every communication platform, including concierge services, housekeeping services, freshly scented bed covers & linen, bathroom accessories and self care kits, welcome snack packs etc.

Latest Technology applications: Homes-Villas.com utilizes all recent technology applications that are provided to the guests while checking in and out of each rental unit whilst at the same time offers the opportunities for upselling services.

Dynamic pricing services: This is a well tested tool that is implemented for every property where the rate reflects every season’s demand and competes with other available offers.


3. WHAT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?

We have a wide range of technicians available that provide specialized cleaning services including window cleaning, pool / jacuzzi maintenance, garden care, landscaping services, pest control and other additional repair services requested.


4. WHAT CONTROL OWNERS HAVE OVER THEIR BOOKINGS?

Transparency and live updates for bookings allows each owner to control and track their property’s progression through the Homes & Villas program.


5. HOW WILL THE PROPERTY BE ADVERTISED?

Fused marketing strategies are implemented that give your apartment or villa priority on online searches and attract more reservations within every platform posted. A holistic approach with online and offline media curated by the most experienced professionals.


6. OUR PACKAGES /OR/ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT OPTIONS?

A new unit can be available for short term rental which means pricing with a daily rate for hotel-like accommodation reservations is available. 

There is the option for a long term rental which will reserve the property for at least one year with a stable monthly rate.

Lastly, we offer the hybrid of the two, the long stays option that refers to longer bookings of 3-6 months at a time.
